Getting crafty with boxes!

Diys for all of those left over boxes from your most recent move...

Crafts are always fun to do, especially when it involves saving cost!

We have put together a couple fun crafty Valentine projects involving reusing boxes to save cost as well as putting those boxes to good use!

Cardboard heart décor:

Time: 20 minutes

Supplies:

Cardboard
Yarn or ribbon
Craft paper
Hot glue gun
Scissors

Step 1: Cut out two large hearts from a cardboard box.

Step 2: Fold each heart in half to form a crease down the center, giving you four outward half-heart shapes. Use a hot glue gun to secure the two pieces together at the back of each fold.

Step 3: Time to be creative! Cover the hearts in craft paper or stickers of your choice.

Step 4: Secure ribbon or yarn around the heart and hang in your home or at your kids Valentines parties!

And of coarse we had to diy a Day of the Move Box for the children to collect all of their sweet Valentines!

Time: 30 min

Supplies:
Day of the Move box
craft paper
hot glue gun
scissors
Misc. Stickers/heart décor

Step one: Create your design and cut your measured craft paper. (its easiest to lay the box flat and stencil with a pencil)
Step2: Use hot glue gun to adhere craft paper on box including all edges.
Step 3: Get creative and play around with different décor to personalize your new Valentines box!

We hope you enjoy putting together these awesome projects with any left over boxes!
Happy Valentines!
